Newton Plan

Ideal for hospitals with more advanced research projects or teams needing continuous support and specialized guidance. This plan offers ongoing, practical support.

Includes: 

Consulting Hours

  • Up to 10 hours per month (60 hours total for 6 months).

  • These hours will be coordinated across teams, will be conducted online, and will generally range from 1 to 2 hours per week.

  • Support will include ongoing advice on study design, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the research process.

Workshops/ Teaching

  • 2 online workshops per quarter (4 workshops total over 6 months), typically lasting 2 hours each.

  • The workshops will cover specialized topics such as:

  • Advanced statistical techniques (regression analysis, multivariate analysis, etc.).

  • Drafting financing proposals and financing strategies.

  • Publishing strategies, including advice on manuscript preparation and submission processes.

Study Desing

  • Design of 4 complete studies over the 6-month period, which will include:

    • Type of study.

    • Sample size calculation (if necessary).

    • Inclusion/exclusion criteria.

    • Research question, hypothesis and objectives.

  • Ongoing support and adjustments as the study progresses.

Data Support

  • Assistance in creating databases to ensure accurate data collection and management during the study.

  • It includes 4 basic statistical analyses and 2 complex analyses, with generation of graphs and tables for clear visualization and precise interpretation of the data.

Revision, Profreading and Formating

  • Comprehensive feedback across multiple stages of reports or research articles.

  • We provide detailed feedback on drafts to ensure they meet publication standards and are ready for submission.

  • Support will include:

    • Structure, clarity and logical flow.

    • Format and management of appointments.

    • Recommendations on suitable journals and submission strategies.
