Consulting Hours

• Up to 20 hours per month (240 hours total over 12 months).

• These hours will be coordinated across teams, will be conducted online, and will generally consist of 2 to 3 hours per week.

• Support will include detailed advice on study design, statistical analysis, manuscript preparation, and any other ongoing research needs.

Workshops/ Teaching

• 4 personalized workshops per quarter (16 workshops in total over 12 months), each lasting approximately 2 hours.

• The workshops will be tailored to the hospital's specific research objectives and will cover topics such as:

• Advanced statistical methods (multivariate analysis, advanced regression techniques, etc.).

• Data visualization (tools and techniques for representing data clearly).

• Research ethics (compliance and ethical considerations).

• Academic writing (strategies for effective manuscript preparation).

• The workshops will be highly interactive and tailored to the needs of your team.

Study Desing

• Design of 8 complete studies over the 12-month period, which will include:

  • Type of study.

  • Sample size calculation (if necessary).

  • Inclusion/exclusion criteria.

  • Research question, hypothesis and objectives.

• Ongoing support to refine the research approach as the project progresses.

Data Support

• 6 complex data analyses, with generation of graphs and tables to accurately visualize and interpret the data.

• Includes support in data collection, management, and analysis using the latest tools and techniques available.

Revision, Profreading, and Formating

• 4 report reviews and edits per year, covering all aspects of your research papers.

• This service includes:

  • Detailed feedback on structure, clarity, and logical flow.

  • Format and management of appointments.

  • Preparation for publication, with journal recommendations and strategies to maximize impact.

  • Medical translations of up to 3,000 words per article (Spanish to English), ensuring an accurate translation aligned with submission guidelines.

Customized research support

• Ongoing support based on hospital needs, including:

  • Specialized consulting for financing applications.

  • Ethical review of projects.

  • Alliances and collaborations with the industry.
